Hi Fellow Bloggers, and Readers
I created my first App for iPhone 4GS on a Musical group LMFAO which my son said was a great group for the ages 16 to 25 group. It is presently awaiting iTunes Store approval.
I used iBuildapp.com site to build my Apps.
I will document the steps I took in creating these Apps in succeeding posts. Hopefully it will motivate others to create their own apps
I am really excited about the APP industry. Many local businesses and consumers can benefit from using Apps on their smart phones.
I am also creating a HelpDesk/Support site for the Apps I am creating. I have 2 more Apps in the works.

Well, the last two weeks have been very tough. With multiple Adswaps going on and training the new VAs, while taking care of family issues, I am burnt out and need to slow down.
I gained about 30 new subscribers but 20 from my list unsubscribed. So back to reading and viewing Alex’s Listbuilding Course on how to retain subscribers. I am going to be mailing a six week email course on listbuilding as a free bonus to my subscribers to create relationships. Hopefully this will help.
I also joined LISTJOE to build my list faster. It is a email service which one can join for free (they of course have an upgrade option) and one can send emails to LIST JOE’s 48k list. I am already getting clicks from them. I am following Alex’s training wherin he mentions that one has to have variuos venues to build list.
My VAs are still going thru training in Replace Myself site and they will complete their first assignment in 3 weeks. The assignment is to develop and install a complete Herb Gardening site with Ebook, squeeze pages, followup emails and daily article writing for traffic generation. Will document the results in this blog as we progress. I am usuing the ReplaceMyself COLAB management system to assign and monitor tasks for the VAs

Last week has been very busy. I was involved in two giveaways. The one from JT Martin’s Declaration of Independence Giveaway got me 6 subscribers and the other from Sunny’s got me 10 subscribers. The subscriber list is now 200.
Next week I have 3 ADSWAPS scheduled via SAFESWAP. I am also creating giveaway packages usuing PLR products to use in ADSWAPS.
I hired two Virtual Assistants thru John Jonas site. One of them will be developing websites, blogs and implementing SEO strategies. The second VA will be a content writer, writing articles for web sites and blogs and creating the 3 ebooks I have roughly sketched.
Hopefully things will work out.
I really enjoyed Alex’s Module 13 seminar today on planning and execution. The 3 ebooks which I have sketched came from the journal he told us to keep.
Unfortunately my plans seem to be changing all the time since I have never completed all tasks I have allocated for the week and the daily tasks. I get so engrossed in the web that I am only about 25% productive. So need to change this habit if I am going to succeed. With the hiring of VAs I need to be have detailed planning and hopefully will discipline myself.

In this post I will explain how I got my first 30 leads by participating in Giveaways. So what is Giveway event? In a Giveaway Event, the contributors (like you and I) give away Free PLR ebooks, Software, templates etc, to subscribers who have to sign-in with their name and email adress. Since there are hundreds of contributors and thousands of subscribers the contributor giveaway ads rotate for subscribers to choose the products they are interested in downloading.
JT Martin who was Alex Jefferey’s MWA 1.0 student has just initiated an Independence Giveaway Event. Click on the ad in this blog and register asa contributor if you have a PLR to giveaway or as a subscriber to obtain great prodcuts many of which you can then giveaway.
In my case I had a PLR product Twitter Blueprint — which you can download from the sidebar from my blog– which I added as a contribution. There are a whole bunch of rules one has to follow in these events. One of them is that the contributor has to advertise the event to his/her list so that there is a lot of activity in the event.
In my case, I did not have a list (the chicken and egg problem). So I advertised in my blog — see the Sunny JV Event ad in the blog, my frist introduction to Giveaways– to elicit subscribers to the event.
I also registered with Traffic exchanges and put in the free Sunny Giveawy ad and played their game of clicking on the ads in the exchanges to gain points for my Sunny ad.
Thirty subscribers clicked on my ads at the Sunny Giveawy Event to download the Twitter Blueprint and one of them bought my OTO offer of $10 which my wife and I promptly spent at Starbucks in celebration.
So the next question is, where does one get good PLR products preferably without paying for them. Well glad you asked. I got mine from Resell Rights Weekly — see the ad in my blog. One can get free membership to the site and get great free products. So sign up and now you have products to giveaway.
Make sure you Read the Resell Rights of each product you download. You can only give away products free if the resell rights allow you to do so. (That’s another writeup for this blog). A large number of these PLR products come with the squeeze and thankyou pages so all you to do is load it to your site and make changes to reflect your branding and you are on your way to giveaway free products.
Ok so you now have 30 to 50 subscribers and have PLR ebooks to giveaway and you want to do more list building. Well hop on over to SafeSwaps– click on Safeswap ad in my blog — where you can register and find investors with lists fom 30 to 20,000 wanting to do ADSWAPs–see my previous blog posts on ADSWAPS–
I will be doing ADSWAPS with listbuilders in Safeswap next week to increase my list from 150 to 500 by end of July.

In this post I will outline the steps on how I did ADSWAPS with Alex’s first year student JT Martin.
Early in 2010 I got an email from one of Mike Filsaime mailings explaining Alex Jeffrey’s coaching. I got interested since I went thru a number of false starts with other mentors. I googled Alex and got JT Martin’s affilate site in which he explained how Alex changed his whole Internet business. JT has a full time job, and after going thru Alex’s training and applying the knowledge his IM business was gradually increasing such that in a few years he would be able to retire comfortably.
Jt mentioned that if one subscribed to Alex’s Training via his site he would assist the subscriber in listbuilding and will be available to answer questions on IM while the subscriber was going thru Alex’s training. So I signed up under his affilaite link. Best business decision I ever made.
So every Monday except for the Traffic week I listened to Alex and every Sunday for about 2 hours JT showed us how he did Giveaways, which PLR sites to join, Explained Giveawys sites, traffic exchanges and how to setup our first giveaway product and websites.
Using the Sunny’s Giveaways system i got 14 subscribers. JT then send my offers to his subscriber list (that’s why I call it a ONE Way AD Swap since I did not have a list) and got 50 subscribers. I then created another offer which JT send to his list Saturday June 26. To date I have 70 additional subscribers. Joining other Giveaways I have a total of about 140 and growing.
Today I joined the SAFE-SWAP system (JT RECOMMENDED) — See the AD in the column– where hundreds of subscribers meet to do ADSwaps with lists as low as 50 and high as 20,000 plus. It is a very neat system and automated. After filling in my profile and my offers in the system I searched for partners who had verified lists of between 100 and 300. I picked three of them, went to their calenders and requested ADSWAPs for next week.
I have to wait for their approval. If they approve, then they can send my offers via the SAFE SWAP system, and I will do likewise. JT said that the list will build quickly. Will let you know of the results.
So that’s how I am doing ADSWAPS. Hope this helps.
Next week I will be focusing on Social Media– Facebook, Twitter, Linkedtn etc after reviewing Alex’s training to get traffic to my blogs and websites

Just did an one way Adswap with JT Martin who was kind enough to send my Giveaway and OTO offer to his mailing list. Got 47 subscribers in the list and sold one OTO offer. Also did the similar offer in the Giveaways (Sunny Giveways) and used Traffic exchanges to drive traffic. Obtained 15 subcribers from the giveaways. Thanks Alex for your Training — they do work– and thanks to JT for believing in me to sending my offers.

Whew, in the last four weeks Alex Jeffreys has given his students a firehose of information, ideas and action items for Newbie Training. So much so, that students have requested that he slow down. So this week Alex did not have his usual 3 hr training so as to give us students time to catch up. But he gave us a bonus training from his mentor Rich Schefren on Six Key Factors to On-line Success. Rich’s concepts together with Alex’s Module 1 on Strategic Planning, Goals, Daily Journalling covers major facets of what it takes to be an Internet Entrepreneur. I am still digesting the information and have made changes to my 6 months plan specifically in Outsourcing Article Writing, and finding JV partners.
On the practical side, the Easy Cash Webinar site is up and running and I have 3 leads, one from US, One from UK, and one from Singapore. This is exiciting.
Imagine what will happen when we apply at least some the Alex’s Traffic Generation ideas from the Traffic Generation Modules.
In future posts I will discuss the results of the applying these Traffic Strategies.

This is my first blog ever and am a bit nervous. I am new to online marketing. I have tried many automated software programs which created websites with products that claim to generate instant cash but none of them have generated any money. You see I was like 99% of other internet marketers chasing after quick cash without realizing that one has to first create value for the customers before they trust you enough to buy anything from your site. My wife and I were tired of working 50hours/week in California and getting our kids thru college. Hence I bought in the above hypes. So after spending countless hours and money on chasing the Internet dream (Didn’t even know what my dream was other than making lots of money and retiring comfortably) I was getting demoralized and frustrated
My family was getting worried about me, hunched over the computer days on end and were getting ready for an intervention.
I was finally going to ditch Internet Marketing until I heard about Alex Jeffreys Coaching.
It was an eye-opener. Alex talked about creating value and giving away valuable free content. Then you market that free content. Say What!!!!!!
I never heard any Guru talked about Internet marketing in that model. So I Goggled Alex Jeffreys and read his blog and free reports and my family was hooked. I promptly signed up for his coaching program and it has been a lifesaver.
Alex in his first module discussed about Basics of Business and to Position yourself and the money will flow. He discussed about having goals and then planning a yearly, quarterly, and monthly plan to achieve the goals. So starts my family’s journey, this time very focused and planned. I have draft goals and plan written down and am starting to implement them. I am writing my ideas daily in a journal.
My immediate entrepreneur goal is to devote at least 20hours/week to Alex Coaching program.
My business plan is to implement reports as giveaways and deciding on what niches to focus on, and plan on making my first $100 in 60 days.
My personal plans includes keeping myself healthy by going to Gym 4 times a week and spend time with my family going on short trips.
So there you have it. I am going to document my journey in this blog. I hope you will join me and learn with me. I will create valuable reports on blogging, niche finding to give away free to you. As I learn and try new ideas, we can share our thoughts and ideas and soon partner up to help each other emotionally and financially
